I waited way too long to enjoy anal excitement. With that said I'm very pleased with this, it has lots of vibration choices and pulse rates. Base could be a little bigger as it has disappeared a couple of times. Wife enjoys it as well, will be getting a larger one in the near future, but this was a good starter
