This is my first chastity device so take my review with a grain of salt. I've worn this device around 6 times, typically to work. The flexible silicone allows for a discrete wearing while also being incredibly comfortable. I would possibly advise for a strap around the waist as it is prone to slide slightly down. Super easy to clean, not terribly difficult to put on, (usually just put a bit of lotion on my member and slide it in) the ring is adjustable to any size. I've found that peeing can be slightly messy but not impossible to clean up.
